These intuitive artists use meditation and mindfulness as their inspiration.

David Jones writes: I'm often asked to describe the style of music I play, so I came up with a new phrase - FAB music. Free Ambient Beauty. All the music on this CD was improvised in the studio. That means we composed the music in the moment. I experience improvisation to be a form of musical alchemy. Composing in the moment creates gold when the musicians come together in trust, friendship and shared purpose. Listening is a key element in this music-making - we listen to our hearts, we listen to each other, and we listen to the silence. Before we started each recording session, I suggested a key, and through a few carefully chosen words I set up an intention for the piece. We shared a silent mediation together ... then off we went. What you hear on this CD was all first-takes. The recording sessions were full of magic moments, like there was an unseen hand of the Divine over the project.
