Take a short break be still like a lake start to unwind your body your mind release into peace. Relax and let go feel peace start to flow sink into the chair take a deep breath of air and release into peace Loosen your shoulders unclench your jaw inner peace, not inner war release into peace Leave your worries behind restore peace of mind energy flow let go let go and release into peace Relax deeper and deeper into peace floating in peaceful tranqulity free like a falling leaf gentle as a breeze soft as mist Why be tense doesn't make sense why be tight doesn't feel right You won't find peace outside you just begin to recover the peace that is always within release into peace remember this feeling when you return to your day when the tension is mounting there is another way release into peace.
2.
Settle yourself comfortably, close your eyes and breathe in deeply. And as you breathe out, let go any tension. Continue to breathe naturally in your own way. In your mind, say your name and then tell yourself, relax, and feel yourself relaxing. And keep breathing naturally. Again in your mind, say your name, and say relax and feel yourself relaxing and letting go. Keep breathing naturally. Once more, in your mind say your name and say relax, and let go even more. Feel every part of you relaxing - body relaxing mind relaxing heart relaxing. Feel how good it is to be still and relaxed. Letting your body release all stress, letting your mind enjoy peace and quiet. Now let's leave this meditation and calmly return to your day. Take 3 deep breaths in and out and when you're ready to move on into your day, open your eyes.

Practice breathing deeply, as you prepare for the birth of your baby. Full deep breaths in and out. full deep breaths in and out. all the way out. let go. and Find your own natural breathing rhythm. All will be well. Not long now, and you will hold your baby. Your eyes will meet for the first time. Continue to breathe deeply as you relax your body. Breathe in and relax your feet, and breathe out, just let your feet go. Relax your ankles and your knees. With every breath, relax a little more. Your pelvis and hips - feel them loosen. Let go in your back. Keep breathing deeply and relax your chest, let your lungs fill as much as you can, and then empty them all the way. Long deep breaths that will help you through the birthing process. Let go of your hands and arms and especially your shoulders. Let go and let go some more. Good. Let go of your jaw and let go of all tension in your lovely face that will soon be smiling at your baby. Now relax your mind. Here are some thoughts to fill you with confidence and put your mind at ease. Repeat these thoughts in your mind. I breathe in confidence and I breathe out fear. I am a strong woman, I am a mother and there is nothing stronger than a mother’s love. I have the strength and the courage to face whatever my labour may bring. I surround myself with those who love me and want to support me My body is designed to birth my baby I trust my body to know what to do All will be well I breathe deeply and calmly and my baby will be born I stay calm and relaxed. Soon I will hold my baby. Our eyes will meet for the first time. I trust my body to know what to do. When the time is right, my baby moves down slowly and gently and each wave brings my little one closer to me Birth will take as long as it takes. I will not be rushed. I breathe in confidence and I breathe out fear. I let go of thoughts and I become love. My muscles relax, my body relaxes. I relax. I give myself over to Nature. All will be well.
